Treadly
Treadmills are ubiquitous exercise machines you see in gyms and even in cardiac rehabilitation clinics. And while these machines provide an exceptionally efficient and safe way to exercise without heading outdoors, their bulk simply prevents them from being used effectively at home. With the Treadly, prior concepts about bulky treadmills will be shattered. This is the treadmill you’ll use over and over and which you can bring virtually anywhere with you.
Weighing in at an incredibly light 55 pounds and coming in at only 3.5 inches at its thickest, the Treadly is definitely something you can easily put at the back of your car or slide onto the flatbed of your truck. Since it has a very slim profile, with its thinnest section a mere 1.8 inches, you can easily slip it under your sofa or couch, requiring only at least 4 inches of vertical clearance.
At the core of Treadly is an intelligent speed control mechanism that uses infrared sensors to detect where you are in the running platform. Running on the head-side of the Treadly means the treadmill will have to speed up. Trailing at the end will slow down the treadmill. Staying in the center commands Treadly to run at a constant speed. There are no buttons to worry about. If you want to speed up, just move towards the head of the treadmill. Want to slow down? Head towards the back-end. It couldn’t get any simpler.
Flipping its hydraulic handrail will increase the speed of the treadmill while also giving you added support to keep your body well-balanced and stable while running. Its 5 MPH top speed may sound mediocre, but it’s a lot better than not being able to run.
The Treadly gives you no excuses for not staying fit right in the comfort of your home.
