The Backup Has Arrived!
Hasbro and Robosen Robotics’ latest creation consists of an auto-converting trailer based on the original G1 design and an autonomous roller.
Everything about the set works perfectly and realistically. The new Trailer uses Robosen’s proprietary servo motor technology to auto-convert into Battle Mode. The Roller even comes with the human sidekick, Spike Witwicky.
Just like with Optimus Prime, you can use the app to control Roller and the Trailer. The Trailer’s rear swing door opens on voice command to drive Roller up or down the automatic liftgate. The Trailer is designed to be seamlessly towed to Optimus Prime when he is in vehicle mode, of course, or it can be opened up for Battle Mode for a variety of combat and defensive positions.
