The DJI Air 2S can shoot 20-megapixel photos and 5.4K/30 fps or 4k/60 fps video while it’s soaring high above or in the thick of the action. Control the drone via remote or by initiating its autonomous programs that enable it to track your subject reliably.
The video quadcopter has a maximum flight time of 31 minutes in good conditions. It can also transmit video in crystal-clear 1080p from up to 12 km (7.5 miles) away.
Autonomy, Automation, & Security
DJI outfitted this drone with autonomous MasterShots capability. When in MasterShots mode, the DJI Air 2S will fly 10 distinct routes centered on a subject, then automatically produce a video compiling the footage. In addition to MasterShots, the Air 2S can shoot in wide-angle, sphere, 180-degree, and hyper-lapse timelapse settings.
DJI equipped the Air 2S with a 1-inch CMOS sensor and four-direction (forward, backward, up, and down) obstacle sensing. This ability to “see” in four directions delivers invaluable peace of mind as the copter sails around a subject.
