Youtube Fitness Channels
We all want to be healthier, we all want to get into better shape, and to look at ourselves in the mirror, flex and think ‘Oh yeah!’ The best way to achieve this is by going to the gym, but that’s harder than it first appears. You’ve got to summon the motivation to go. It doesn’t matter how focused you are on getting fit, buff and lean, this motivation can still be fleeting and hard to maintain, which is a real bummer, so what if there was a way for you to work out from home? Well, as it happens, there is. There are hundreds, perhaps thousands of home workouts online that you can do from the comfort of your own home but who has time for that, certainly not you. So we’ve picked out the 15 best YouTube fitness channels so you can get fit and healthy without needing to head out into the world.
Why Workout At Home?
There are many reasons for working out at home. You might hate the gym, you might not have the ability to get there all the time, you might have other priorities. This is cool and totally understandable, but it doesn’t mean you have to abandon your workout schedule. Instead, you can work out from home and still achieve similar, and sometimes better, results. Here are some benefits to working out at home.
No Excuses
We’ve all been struck with that feeling of just being bothered to go to the gym and searching for every excuse under the sun to avoid it. You don’t want to deal with traffic, you hate driving in the rain, the gym’s always too crowded. We could go on all day, but you get the idea. Working out from home means there aren’t any more excuses, so get out of those pajamas and get smash out some sit-ups.
Go at Your Own Pace
Sometimes at the gym, you feel pressured to finish your workout as quickly as you can so you don’t hog weights or machines. This can interfere with your routine and flow, and you feel like you need to stay longer having made the effort. When working out at home, you can go at your own pace and do as much or as little as you like, without feeling pressured from other people around you to get finished.
Affordable
Gym prices are getting astronomically high, and while you can pay for cheaper facilities, you don’t really want to, as they might further away and not have the equipment you need. Working out at home allows you to save on gas and membership fees so you can focus that cash on your own equipment, or something to treat yourself for hitting your workout goals because we all need an incentive to work towards.
