Jojo’s Sriracha

Fond of sriracha? If you’re still unfamiliar with the stuff, better get on that, STAT; either way, as much as we love the mass-produced classic – and squirt it on virtually everything we eat – we’re more than a little intrigued by Jojo’s take. Each batch is caringly crafted by Jolene Collins using nothing but premium ingredients, including several varieties of chilli peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sea salt and palm sugar. No two batches are ever identical, though we’re sure they’re all absolutely delicious.
