Torch Apparel, makers of the Kickstarted T1 Helmet, have been hard at work integrating large illuminated panels into other bicycle-friendly gear. Their latest endeavour? The Flux, a large, waterproof backpack made of 1000 denier Denier Cordura Nylon with a Tarpaulin vinyl coated polyester lining. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Torch without an integrated fiber optic panel that illuminates at the push of a shoulder-strap-mounted button. The light runs for roughly 2 hours (steady) or 5 hours (flashing), and the LED unit is removable for pack-less biking.
