What the Lumia 920 lacks in name originality it more than makes up for in specs. For one, Nokia’s flagship model runs on Windows Phone 8 and packs an 8.7MP PureView camera with physical image stabilization and superb low-light sensitivity that should be enough to smoke the competition. Otherwise, the phone runs on a dual-core 1.5ghz Snapdragon processor, sports a 4.5 inch PureMotion HD+ 1280×768 pixel screen that works great in sunlight (and even recognizes touch commands through oven mitts), packs 32GB of internal memory, and supports wireless charging off the bat. Enough to convince us to switch? We’ll get back to you on September 12th.
Available later this year; for now, read Engadget‘s take on it – $TBA.
