Autographer

Memory might fade over time, but pictures don’t. Introducing Autographer, a wearable camera that’s strikingly similar to Microsoft’s SenseCam (which, by the way, is not for sale). Autographer hangs around your neck and uses an array of sensors (amongst them an accelerometer, GPS, thermometer and IR motion detector) to figure out when’s best to snap its next 5MP photo, right up to 2000 per day. Here’s to hoping they come up with a novel way to go through them quickly.

Hitting stores in November. Read the press release at Engadget – 650$.
