The words “badass” and “lamp” have never been uttered in the same sentence, until now. Meet Andromeda, a rugged, military-inspired tri-rail lamp based on the widely used Picatinny rail system. Materials used are limited to anodized aluminium and composite grade nylon, and while a vintage-style filament bulb is included, any E27 socket-compatible bulb (i.e. standard ones) will do. Lock the legs and shades along the rails in any desired height or position, and, if you’ve been bent on sliding a scope, laser or bipod onto a lamp, now’s your chance.
