Your day has come, tablet lovers. Earlier today, from the depths of the hive mind somewhere in San Francisco, Google unveiled their first branded Nexus 7 tablet. What you need to know: this baby ships with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and features a 7-inch 1280×800 display, 1GB of RAM, a 1.2GHz quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor with 12-core graphics and support for Bluetooth, NFC, plus Wi-Fi. The 7 is offered in 8GB or 16GB flavours and comes with Chrome as its default web browser, taking advantage of web services such as Google Play (including e-books, magazines, media and apps).
