There’s not much we enjoy more than a good cup of coffee, but sadly most machines can’t get it right – usually a result of an off-target water temperature. Bodum’s latest creation replicates pour over coffee by ensuring a near-boil and a uniform water distribution over the ground coffee, with little heat loss in between. A titanium-plated stainless steel filter eliminates the need for disposables, and other nice touches on the machine, such as silicone handles on the thermos, prove that Bodum is looking out for us.
